Ashley is an amazing professional! The location is clean, colorful and fun. My son enjoyed his experience and it was the first time I didn't have to have him sit on my lap for a cut. He is 19 months and was very entertained by the personal tvs at each station, the seat in the form of a car, and the way that Ashley spoke to him during the entire process. He was calm and not a single tear was shed!! To top it off he loved the slide at the location and walked out smiling ear-to-ear from the balloon he received at the end!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the needs of my son and his hair type. The environment is very kid-friendly and clean.
