I did not get her name (the blonde lady with the eye patch). She was extremely disrespectful and was unwilling to listen. My child has ethnic hair, hence it takes someone with experience of all hair types to trim him. After she was finished, his hair cut was a mess and I simply asked her to fix it. Instead of being open to constructive criticism (that was in no way meant to hurt her feelings), she got upset and disrespectfully addressed me infront of my child and the entire shop which made him cry. I must commend the manager (I’m assuming) for rectifying the issue by being patient and respectful. She in the end rendered the service to my child that I showed up for. I do acknowledge that in businesses we will not be perfect and there will be down days, however, I’ll never justify the actions of someone (especially one who works with kids)based on the notion that they burst under pressure. My star reviews were based on the actions of the young lady who made my experience and the experience of my child horrible, but is in no way a reflection of the entire staff of Cookie Cutters who were respectful, patient and willing to listen.

When we walked in we immediately felt like the place was not cleaned. Hair all over and the floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. The stylist spent an entire 5 minutes cutting our child’s hair. It was left very uneven, luckily we were able to find someone to fix the cut the next day. The workers were friendly but the quality of service is just not there. I would not recommend this place.
