There were several things that turned me off about this place. First of all the lady that took care of us was not a friendly person. She made it seem like she did not want to be there. Didn’t welcome us with a hello, just a “Can I help you?” In a monotone voice. This was our sons first haircut and she did a sad job. She rushed it, hair was choppy, bad neckline, etc. Sadly this will be a moment in our life that was supposed to be exciting and a good experience and turned into a sad, sad, stressful event. Now we’re not sure how to fix the issue. We will NOT be going back to this salon ever again, nor any cookie cutters due to this sad experience.

This was the worst experience I ever had. My son was terrified of the haircut and the guy was holding him down as hard as he could, squeezing his head so tight that my son sounded like he was being tortured. It was unacceptable and i had to tell the guy to finish the haircut early because he was upsetting my son so bad.

My son is 1 year old and he was upset but the man that cut his hair was acting very annoyed and rude. He kept grabbing his face and was rough with him. I felt very uncomfortable and not happy with the service. At other locations they have toys and bubbles and other distractions. All they had here was a tv. I would think with it being a place for children this stylist would have more patience and a better attitude.

Will not be returning. I understand places are finding a hard time at finding workers but when you advertise kid friendly environment, hire kid friendly employees. There were two ladies working, and neither of them were not very kid friendly.

The "stylist" was extremely impatient & downright rude to myself & my 3 year old daughter (who, keep in mind, takes haircuts very well.) For a company that specializes in catering to children, this is the LEAST kid friendly location we've visited & this is our second similar bad experience at this location by two separate "stylists." Definitely won't be returning & certainly won't be recommending this location to ANYONE.
