We had an amazing experience!! We are new to the area and didn’t even realize that It was the first day they were open. We didn’t have an appointment , but they fit us in even though their schedule was booked! They were patient and flexible! The store looked sooo cute and kept my son occupied while we waited! Definitely will be recommending to friends (in fact I’m posting It on social media tonight) and will be returning!!!

Ciarra (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing from beginning to end. She sang the abcs to my son to keep him calm and even though he cried the whole time (not as bad as usual) she kept reassuring us and customer service from both staff were superb. I will never go anywhere else to have his hair cut. Bravo Grove City Cookie Cutters

My son has never really let someone use the clippers on him but he had no issue with Kristen using them. She was wonderful and Nathan loved his haircut!

My experience at cookie cutters was amazing! It was my first time taking my son there, and he loved it. I was really impressed the way our stylist treated my son. She did an amazing job and I got exactly what I asked for! Great Job!!!
