The staff was so professional and nice from when we walked in. I brought my son in for damage control because I took him to get his hair cut at a Great Clips and they completely jacked his hair up so I brought him to cookie cutters to have it fixed. We had Olivia who was actually recommended by a friend and she was amazing. She fixed his hair and was so sweet and patient with my son who was moving a lot and wouldn't sit still. She still managed to be able to make his hair look 100 times better. I highly recommend Olivia!

We came here for my daughter’s first haircut and had a great experience! She had some tears due to it being a new experience, but the stylist was so kind and patient with her and she was all smiles by the time we left. And her hair looks adorable! We will definitely be back!
