Very disappointing experience. The previous two times we went were much better. The stylist who cut Elias’ hair today did not listen to what we wanted. She was told to clean it up but to leave the back long and cut the bangs short. She did the exact opposite. I tried telling her she was going too short but she did not listen and kept doing it her way. Furthermore, she used a buzzer and Elias went nuts because he is autistic. I told her he didn’t like it and she continued to use it. All of my baby’s beautiful curls are gone. We asked her to keep them. Elias goes on acting and modeling auditions. His agent and manager are going to be furious when they see his botched haircut.

The hairdresser was extremely rude and not helpful to our children. A really sad experience.

We’ve been coming here for months and it’s slowly been declining. Our barber, Stephanie, was not only extremely unfriendly but did not try to make the experience any easier for our toddler. We will 100% not be coming back and definitely not recommending Cookie Cutters to anyone. Our entire appointment she maybe said one word to us, didn’t listen to what we were asking for, and was overall unfriendly and uncaring towards our nervous toddler.

Hairdresser, Kelly, was unprofessional and rude. She greeted us upset and asked what time was your appointment (with a rude tone)? I said the time and apologized for being 10 minutes late due to traffic and parking. We commuted about 40 mins to see her. She said, you should called, if my next appt come you are going to be placed on the side. We were fine with that. We proceeded to the chair, she wetted my son's hair and was not gentle. I asked for a trim and told her that I'm keeping his hair long. She did not follow my instructions and cut more. Within a minute she was done and didn't bother to comb my son or clean him. She used her hands and said he's done. I asked for the comb to try to fix his hair. We noticed that it was all uneven and she tried to fix it, but it is still uneven on the back and on the sides. The front is also a mess. What an unpleaseant experience. I would not recommend her at all. When I called the store and was told by Jenna, to come and see kelly since she is good with kids, but she was far from that.

It was a frustrating experience. Our appointment times were wrong. Despite making appointments for blowouts both kids left with wet heads. Expensive for poor service.
