I felt like I got overcharged when I came in. I asked for a buzz cut and a beard trim, and in the stylus ends up, turning into a shave, which it hurts so badly with her using the coil razor on my head and on my neck and I’m left with bumps on neck . And when I told her that I normally pay $25 and she said but you got a shaved too and I said I didn’t ask for that. I just asked for a beard trim. It’s just so unprofessional and I don’t mind spending money on stuff I want but add it on it when I have this issue I’ll probably not not come back due to that.

I have only been there twice. First time I got my hair cut with denise. Amazing!! So I scheduled a 4pm appointment for my particular teen son with her. We got there and some other stylist got him instead and he hates it. Thinks he will get bullied at school. He went to another place today and got it fixed they said it wasn't faded correctly and not even on the top

I have always had amazing service until today and it was just my stylist. Everyone else was wonderful. I have long hair and asked to have about 6 inches cut off and to have the ends undercut a little. My stylist, Joy, didn’t speak much. When she needed my head down or up or some other position, she didn’t talk, she just pushed my head where she wanted it. She never sprayed my hair with water, and it was flying around all over because we were near an air vent. When it was done, she had taken off 8-9 inches and did not undercut the ends like I asked. The ends are not even at all. I will never let her touch my hair again.

We chose an appointment day and time based on the stylist we wanted. When we showed up for the appointment the stylist wasn’t working that day. The website needs to be kept up to date. If we can’t guarantee to get the stylist we like, we will go somewhere that we can.

I had my long hair cut by Joy this week and she was very kind and quick to hear what I expressed about my hair needs and then cut my hair to layer & lighten my mom hairdo. I appreciate her doing a great job!
