Everyone at Off London is so kind and professional. They really listen to what you ask for. My hair ended up looking better than I Imagined. The salon is a lovely environment and they take great care of all of their customers.

I wouldn’t normally review or ever leave feedback really. The girl who did my hair was lovely and the salon was nice. I would say my hair looks almost exactly the same In colour. The cut is ok, the blowdry style is very average. I was also kind of made to feel like my hair was taking too long with comments from other staff members. I booked a colour and cut for long hair. Overall I think what I paid is a little outrageous. Happy if someone wants to contact me, but I don’t need you to.

Recommend very highly. The stylist (Taylor) took her time to really understand what my key concerns with my hair were, how it behaves and my hair goals. The person at basin (didn't get her name) was so attentive and gentle. My hair is fine and knots so badly and this is the first time I have ever left a salon without a really bad headache from the basin service. It was like a dream appointment. Will 10000% go back.

An absolutely incredible experience! After being reluctant regarding the pricing, I finally decided to try Off London to fix a not so great of a haircut from another salon. I was met with great enthusiasm by the receptionist and the other staff who washed my hair and was treated super nice before I even met my stylist Issy. I explained the issue with my haircut and she completely understood what had went wrong and thoroughly explained what needs to be done to fix it. All throughout the haircut she let me know what was being done and what changes she had made. Issy is incredible at what she does and made me feel very cared for;the results were incredible! I felt absolutely ecstatic at the end and will definitely come back, even if it does take a bit more saving up, to do so. Incredible, incredible, incredible!
