Worst experience of my life..I was yelled at and then told to "Calm Down" after sitting in a chair for 2 hrs because two incompetent women couldn't figure out how to remove old polish..Then,after that they didn't know how to do a dip..For me time is money and I don.t have time to sit in a chair for two hrs while two incompetent idiots try to figure out how to do my nails!!!!!I told her if she didn't know how to do a dip she could do gels instead and she shouted at me to "calm down" for the 4th time!!!I told her to stop shouting at me and she walked away into the back room for another 20 min!!!Finally some guy comes over and I thought he was going to help but he scolded me like a child and said it was all somehow my fault!!He told her to rip off the sloppy polish on one hand and remove the 2 tips so I could get out!!I was left with all these broken nails and shown to the door!!!This is no way to treat a customer that was sitting in a salon for over 2hrs!!! They should be run out of town with that attitude and I will make it make it my mission to let everyone know what they did to me!!I feel like I was treated like complete garbage the minute I entered because I didn't speak Spanish!!And the only thing they know how to say in English is Calm Down and Get Out!!!Racist,incompetent POS!!!

After visiting your saloon yesterday, to get my hair color i encountered the following details. 1) i arrived and ask for a hair color for men. NOT with a Super specialist, but a normal Men hair color. 2) I was asked by the stylish whether i wanted with Ammonia or without. I asked without and asked of there was a cost difference, i was told that it was the same cost. 3) The stylist started doing my hair and ran out of color mix. She ordered someone else to re make more. 4) Another gentleman came and finished my hair and washed it. At any time did he asked me if i wanted any kind of better shampoo or conditioner. 5) after going to the cashiers, i was asked to pay 60.00 for the hair color, by a Gentleman at the cashiers. I proceeded to pay as they mentioned that it was 45-50 for the color +10 for the trimming around my ears. 6) as i was about to leave he turned around and said he had given me the wrong bill and that instead of 60 it was 135.00. at that point I asked why? he said that i had paid that before. And i mentioned to him that i had a hair cut and olor last time and that it was only 100.00 NOT 135.00 He said that this specialist was more expensive. I guess the assistant who did half of the hir coloring was three times more expensive. He retracted and said there was a mistake and at this point i got really upset and told them that these games... ere NOT fair and are NOT legal. At any rate, i read on line and i guess this is your business Method of operations and there is nothing that i or anyone can do. I will be poating exactly this note online for people to be aware of this scam. Good luck with your business. A

They have a $25 wash and blow dry special on Tuesday. I thought this would be a good opportunity to try them out. The stylist said my hair was dry and would add some moisture but did not mention an additional charge. When I went to pay, the total came to $50. It felt like a bait and switch operation. I will not go back. I left a tip of $10 which was stupid. I shouldn’t have tipped at all. I expressed my dismay but no offer to remedy the situation. I guess they don’t care about repeat business. She also blew hot air in my face with the blow dryer and I felt like my scalp was burning from the heat. It was a very disappointing experience and I told them I would not be back. They didn’t seem to care!

Will not be returning as the price charged was not anywhere near the quality of the service or experience in such a cold and off-putting environment with unfriendly people. I later found out that there are different prices charged for tourists compared to locals. Even though I am a local I was charged as if I was a tourist.

I asked for a blowout with some volume, and this is what I got. I went home super unhappy and had to redo my hair myself. My hair was super brittle and dry when its normally very shiny.

I went there for an ordinary pedicure and left the place after +2h feeling robbed. Other clients was taken care of while I was left in treatments I never asked for. It was really a disappointment. And the price was more then three times the scheduled fee. It was so obvious that they took the opportunity to take advantage of me as a tourist. Not a good feeling.
