It was really busy when we got there, therefore we probably had to wait 20+ minutes before being seen. I also know a lot of parents were getting antsy and complaining they'd been waiting 30 minutes (with an appointment) and still weren't being seen yet. Therefore, I'm guessing maybe they booked more than they should have. If it were just a lot of adults getting their haircut, it wouldn't be as bad. Granted having to wait 20-30 minutes is irritating regardless, but, when you have to wait that long with little children running and screaming and being impatient, it really makes for a tough day. However, the stylists did great and my kids' hair looked great. I just wished we didn't have to wait as long.
