I visited the Lehi location and had an awful experience with the lady cutting my 18 month olds hair. She was super forceful and didn’t communicate with the kid at all. This was his second hair cut at a salon, I don’t often use razors or blow driers on him, and he wasn’t used to it and was quiet and in shock the whole time. She shoved his head down and back and forth, I really should have took my kid and just left immediately. That’s something I’ve learned from this whole experience- I’ll never go back to that location again. And I’m going to listen to my mom gut better next time when my child is in danger. It makes me sick to think she treats other kids like that. Please, fire her. There was a really nice guy that checked us in and a really nice lady that checked us out. I wish one of them did our son’s haircut, they seemed to do far better with children.

Thankfully, my little boy doesn't pay attention to who is cutting his hair. He was a good boy and sat still and his haircut was quick. Unfortunately, the girl who cut his hair, Alexis, was obviously in a bad mood. She acted and looked like she was annoyed that she had to be at work. I know that everyone has their bad days, but she was just incredibly unpleasant to even talk to. She asked me how I wanted my son's hair cut and then did what I had asked, which I was thankful. But she just had a sour look on her face the entire time we were there. I even watched her with her next appointment after ours. She acted and looked the same, so I know it wasn't just me. It would've been a better experience if she would try to smile and/or look like she enjoyed her job. I will request not to be with her in the future.

I had an appointment and even arrived early. People continued to come after us and get called before us, we were waiting for 50 minutes. I had to go up twice to let them know that we needed to go.

Took my son in to get his haircut. Showed a picture of what I wanted, and received the complete opposite. I asked for nothing to be cut off the top and yet it was and now it’s very very short. I asked for a 1” around the ear and a fade.doesn’t look even remotely close to the picture. This has happened twice now with the same girl. I was willing to give her another shot and was just hoping she wasn’t paying attention the first time. But she truly just didn’t listen or ask questions. I won’t be getting his haircut with her again.
