I wish someone had told us that in spite of our appointment at a specific time we'd be waiting a half hour. We would have come back later instead of adding to the chaos of the waiting area. It was an extraordinarily busy day, and that was fine - it happens. But if we had known we would have come back when you were ready. :) That said, my kids are always miraculously able to sit still during a haircut, excited to go, and I love getting some great advice about styling and hair care. We love coming.
