Both our boys are on the spectrum and it’s hit or miss how they are with their haircuts. That being said, Annette is absolutely amazing with our youngest son, and the other woman who had our oldest was great as well. Although the girl at the front desk has a severe attitude she by an accident skipped us and had Annette with someone else even though we were right after because we had back to back appointments and instead of admitting her mistake and just moving along, she tried telling us she didn’t skip us and we sat there for 20 minutes after our appointment time because they took someone else. Not even truly that big of a deal if she could’ve just admitted it and taken her attitude out of the situation.
