There were 2 employees at the time of visit working. I could tell that one of the employees was the manager of some sort, and she was not friendly at all and treated me and my kids like they were just a number with an appointment and was showed no personality at all. The second employee seemed like just a normal employee doing her job. She wasn't excited about her job. My overall experience felt poor just because of the employees attitudes being not friendly or personal at all. The hair cuts were fine, but it isn't worth the price for the experience of not feeling cared about or valued as a customer in any way.
