My only complaint with our visit is that the 2 stylists working were stretched very thin. I always schedule my visit ahead of time to secure a spot, but there were many people wanting walk-in appointments and calling for same-day appointments. I mainly felt bad for the 2 stylists, as they were not only trying to provide services for people who had scheduled visits, but were also responsible for answering the phones and scheduling for people who walked in and wanted appointments. My daughter's haircut was interrupted about half a dozen times by phone calls, which added to the time I had to wait in a chaotic environment. My daughter's attention span is short due to the fact that she is 3 and I was holding a squirming baby in my arms. The overall atmosphere of the store could be improved greatly if there was one person working who was solely responsible for phone calls and scheduling walk-in visits.
