The salon is disgusting! It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a couple years hair build up especially on the slide area. Under the benches and windows you can see clearly the hair and dust is disgusting and thick. My little boy tripped on the stairs to the slide and hit his mouth and came over to me with a mouth full Of hair!!!! Your salon needs to be deep cleaned professionally! No place like this should be allowed to be as dirty as your store is. Especially given that it is a salon where hygiene is a must.

I usually love coming here and the haircuts are great. My older son Nash had a great haircut today and it turned out very cute as usual. However we had a different stylist for my toddler who II hadn’t seen before and the cut turned out so bad… it’s so uneven and looks awful. I kept asking her to fix things and she just made it worse and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing… disappointed.

The environment was VERY dirty. Hair everywhere. The stylist was digging for clippers out of a plastic bin that was full of hair. At one point, my toddler had a grey hair (it looked like a thick beard hair) on his head from the dirty tools. The jungle gym had a layer of hair on the stairs and that is not an exaggeration. The chair my child sat in has never been wiped down or disinfected. The amount of hair my toddler picked up on his clothes from the salon is ridiculous. We will never return.
