I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this visit warrants one. My daughter received a terrible haircut. However, that is not why this experience was so bad. The female stylist had such a negative attitude. She seemed bother and annoyed at having to be there. The male barber came over and tried to help fix my daughters hair which I greatly appreciate. While he was working on my daughter the female stylist just folded her arms and rolled her eyes. She didn’t even thank him for his help. I’ve always enjoyed coming to this location but I don’t think I’ll be back after this visit.

Disappointed that we were in the salon for less than five minutes total. Hair was barely brushed, a few snips, and that was it. When the cost of gas is so expensive right now, it would be nice to have a few minutes longer on my child’s hair. Her hair was not even sprayed wet or styled at all, just barely brushed and that was it. Not worth my time or money next time.

The hair cut was okay, not fantastic but good enough. I hvae a problem when I walk in who ever is that is on the front desk is rude and unwelcoming first time we walked in and didn't have an appointment she rejected us and did not offer to schedule or any time of solution. second time e went with an appointment we entered and she was to my taste very rude to the point that It made it uncomfortable to be there. you need to make sure this person is helpful and welcoming.

The place was not clean. The overall store was very dirty. They did not clean up from the precious haircut at all before they put my child in the same chair. The stylist was nice and friendly, but the quality of haircut was lacking.

The service was okay however they seemed overbooked and it took an hour after my appointment start time for my 2 year olds hair to be cut. So I had to wait with a hard to handle 2 year old for over an hour at a busy salon. That was very stressful. I won’t be returning.

I typically have a very positive/typical experience going in. The standard of the cuts vary by a little, but I always feel like my son leaves with a good haircut. This particular cut I felt like the person helping was new or just maybe doesn’t have a lot of experience. It took longer than normal and when we left my son’s hair was wet so I couldn’t really tell what the cut looked like. When we got home I saw the two sides were not even and not blended and overall it just doesn’t look very good. I was going to go back to have it fixed but my son doesn’t love getting his haircut so he didn’t want to go back in. I also didn’t want to hurt the hairdressers feelings because I felt like it needed to be redone by someone else with more experience.
