I had received a coupon by email but only remembered moments after I had already swiped my credit card. The girl didn’t even act apologetic. These coupons need to be part of our profile, something you keep track of. The bulk of your customers are busy moms with little kids.

I took my 8 month old and 11 year old in to get haircuts. I loved the haircut on my 8 month old, but for my 11 year old, I asked for a number 1 on the sides and a fingercut on the top. The hairstylist just used clippers on the top and then texturing scissors (which I can do at home). So my 11 year olds hair cut did not look as good as I wanted it to. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either, especially for the price. I would take my baby back, but I don't think I would take my older son back.
