It’s always a pleasure coming back to Cookie Cutters. I can tell they really try to have the best customer service. They greet you with a smile and a hello and they are quick to get you checked in and in your chair. Wes is very good about asking how the end result looks. They have been much better about applying the pre-schedule discount so there’s no awkwardness and they are great about scheduling your next appointment. I don’t take my daughter in very often because she doesn’t need a trim very often but they are really good with her and I love that they braid her hair if she wants it. Overall great atmosphere and service!

The woman who cut my daughters hair was amazing! Friendly, helpful and so cute with my daughter who was nervous about her haircut! My sons stylist was great as well!

I was impressed with how fast she cut my three year old’s hair; she was done before he could even get antsy. And his haircut looks quite good- much better than I could do!

Thankfully, my little boy doesn't pay attention to who is cutting his hair. He was a good boy and sat still and his haircut was quick. Unfortunately, the girl who cut his hair, Alexis, was obviously in a bad mood. She acted and looked like she was annoyed that she had to be at work. I know that everyone has their bad days, but she was just incredibly unpleasant to even talk to. She asked me how I wanted my son's hair cut and then did what I had asked, which I was thankful. But she just had a sour look on her face the entire time we were there. I even watched her with her next appointment after ours. She acted and looked the same, so I know it wasn't just me. It would've been a better experience if she would try to smile and/or look like she enjoyed her job. I will request not to be with her in the future.
