Always love the service and my kids love everything about getting their haircuts here! I also love how patients the stylists are with my wiggly kids!

My little girl loved her visit to Cookie Cutters. We were welcomed in. We did have to wait longer than 15 minutes for our stylist to finish another client, but my daughter didn't mind because she was having fun. The stylist was professional and good about communicating with me on the hair cut. She said kind words and phrases to my daughter, but her facial expressions and tone of voice felt negative rather than positive. The stylist was skilled and quickly did a great haircut and style. Besides the stylist's less than cheery disposition, it was a great experience. My daughter said she can't wait to go back. I would like to give the stylist another try. I would like to buy products there as well.

I made an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes. Other people came in after me , but they were called before me.

I am not very upset because I think my husband maybe told the stylist to do this, but she gave my son a hair style that is going to be near impossible to maintain- a shaved part with the rest combed over, which is impossible because it's fighting against a very strong cow lick my son has in the front of his hair. So we have to use sooo much product (we've tried texture cream, gel, hair spray, blow dryer, everything) and with him being a crazy three year old, it lasts for about 20 minutes before it's messed up and he has these pieces sticking straight in front of his head. Honestly, I am not sure what to do- we might just have to buzz it. :( I was hoping to keep it long because that helps weigh the cow lick down. Anyway, my point is- I think that stylists must see this a lot (little boys with crazy parts), so I really wish that they were super trained on styles that will work for little boys (and could help educate parents if it was indeed my husband's idea...)

They did such a good job with my son who has Down syndrome. He hates his head touched and has to be held down while he cries and she managed to cut his hair evenly without hurting him. She didn’t even act phased that my son was such a difficult client.
