My son was screaming crying because he hates haircuts. But Alexis handled him perfectly. She did a great cut and dealt with the snot and tears without fear or hesitation. She is wonderful and plan to always request her in the future.

My kid screamed and cried pretty much the entire time but the girl cutting his hair (can't remember her name) did an amazing job and helping calm him down and power through the cut and still made it look good. I'm embarrassed by how bad he was being but she did so great with him.

We had Weston cut our sons hair and he was amazing. He did such an excellent job and did it very quick. I was so nervous to cut his long hair but he looks so handsome now thanks to Weston. We were referred by friends and family so I know a lot of people who already use him.

I visited the Lehi location and had an awful experience with the lady cutting my 18 month olds hair. She was super forceful and didn’t communicate with the kid at all. This was his second hair cut at a salon, I don’t often use razors or blow driers on him, and he wasn’t used to it and was quiet and in shock the whole time. She shoved his head down and back and forth, I really should have took my kid and just left immediately. That’s something I’ve learned from this whole experience- I’ll never go back to that location again. And I’m going to listen to my mom gut better next time when my child is in danger. It makes me sick to think she treats other kids like that. Please, fire her. There was a really nice guy that checked us in and a really nice lady that checked us out. I wish one of them did our son’s haircut, they seemed to do far better with children.

They got us right in at appointment time and were flexible to adjust. I had scheduled a shampoo and cut for one of my kids and the were able to switch to have both my kids (in place of the shampoo)
