I had two sons given haircuts today. The hairstylists were friendly and professional and one even snuck in my second one's cut when I didn't think I had enough time for it. That was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I love the concept of Cookie Cutters but every time we go I cringe because of how dirty it is. I still come but I feel like it really needs to be cleaned up. I drench my kids with hand sanitizer when we leave because it is so dirty!

The hair cuts for both my kids were great, it was the customer service experience from the girl who cut my kids hair that was horrible. The lady cutting my kids hair was not friendly at all! I don't know how she got a job working with kids because she seemed to care less about anything around her or had no personality in answering questions I had. I gave her a $5 tip when I made my payment and she didn't even say thanks or have a good day. I can get a kids hair cut anywhere, so why would I choose to come back when the customer service was beyond poor? I went to the Lehi, Utah location today at 11:30am and my two kids Jasmine Chapman, and Roxy Chapman were the ones who got their hair cut.

Didn't get a hair cut until half an hour after our appointment time which doesn't do well with a 1.5 year old. But the girl did a good job.

Sometimes the front area where the kids play has quite a bit of hair. It will for sure get some but perhaps a sweep or vacuum real quick would be nice for the little kiddos who often have their sticky hands on the floor. Love how the kids get a sucker and balloon. Love the choices of seats and how many options there are for the kids to watch or play. Also love the playset in front for them to get wiggles our before their haircut. Love it.
