I will not be coming back to this Cookie Cutters location. I have been to other locations, and they were much better. Perhaps this one is busier because a lot of kids live in the area, or maybe they are chronically understaffed or underworked, but it is just got great. I have tried them out four or five times and it has never been a great experience, but this last time was awful. The hair stylist was so aggressive in the way she held my son’s head down. He was so confused, as usually hair stylists are happy and respectful. Maybe she was having an awful day, but honestly she approached the haircut like she was sheering a sheep. I will never understand why “a little off the back” sounds like “buzz it all off” to some hair stylists. I felt entirely like a number and not a client. I hate complaining, and I don’t want to hurt the hair stylist (so I’m not saying her name), but I got the request for the survey in my email and I figured I would let you know how I honestly felt.

To whom it may concern; We have been coming here for 2-3 years now. We come every month or two and get haircuts and brush outs with a style. She added à undercut to help us deal with the tangels we get everyday. Thank you for all the help over the years dealing with us and the matted mess. To I have to endure my daughter's defying everyday! She has that natural curly blonde hair thàt is so prone to tangles. You've also managed to treat me with respect despite my disability I'm right handed and now lost my coordination so brushing is already a challenge so thànk you for helping us tóllerate it over the years I don't feel alone in this I feel you're on my team!

McKenna was absolutely amazing. She cut my crying, crazy, moving 15 month oldest hair and it turned our perfect! I don't know how she did it with him moving all over the place. His hair is exactly what I wanted! Thank you guys!

First time getting my only child's haircut. I think I was more nervous than my child was. The stylist was great. She listened to what I was thinking about doing. Since I didn't have a clear concept she checked in consistently throughout the haircut as well. The atmosphere is so fun, and even though my child was nervous, the stylist was able to put on cocomelon and kept her calm.
