Way overbooked. Both children's appts booked for 3:15. Arrived at 3:10. Nicolas was taken back at 3:40, many people who arrived after us were taken back before Sebastian who also had an appointment at 3:15. Finally went up to talk to the front desk, and the person working there said that because they were behind, they were going to have the same person do both Nicolas and Sebastian and said there was nothing else he could do. Nicolas is autistic and has a very hard time waiting which is why both kids were booked at the same time. Because of this, there was much more unnecessary wait time and it was a very painful experience. WILL NOT RETURN.

Weston was extremely kind and patient with my son and me, took the time to style his hair three different ways just so I could learn how to do it. 😄 I love his new style!
