The environment was VERY dirty. Hair everywhere. The stylist was digging for clippers out of a plastic bin that was full of hair. At one point, my toddler had a grey hair (it looked like a thick beard hair) on his head from the dirty tools. The jungle gym had a layer of hair on the stairs and that is not an exaggeration. The chair my child sat in has never been wiped down or disinfected. The amount of hair my toddler picked up on his clothes from the salon is ridiculous. We will never return.

Anna from the Lehi Cookie Cutters cut my daughter’s hair. She was EXCELLENT! My daughter has ADHD and the sensory experience of getting a hair cut and sitting still is hard for her. Anna was so understanding and helpful. She gave my daughter a doodle pad to color on, worked quickly, let her know when she was doing different sensory things like putting on a cape, spraying her hair, or using a hair dryer. She cheered on my daughter and told her she was doing great. I was so happy with how she helped us today.

We love Cookie Cutters and Weston. My kids ask to go to him because he knows what they want and is able to help them when they aren’t sure what style they want. Making appointments on the app is easy and makes scheduling for 3 kids simple.

We so appreciate Berkley at the Lehi location. She is thoughtful and does a really good job making sure the haircut is what you want. It is not easy to work on a wiggly 3 year old and she does great. Thank you!

It’s always a great experience at the Lehi cookie cutters. I received a daddy cut and my son received a kids cut. We left feeling amazing about our cuts. Both girls that cut our hair offered truly exceptional service and cuts. I forget their names but they have cut our hair a few times. They are amazing! Thank you- Beau & Tucker
