Not blended well at all. Received two haircuts and nether did a great job. Super bummed that I Spent $30 +$5 tip and they don't look great.

Had appointments and still waited 30 minutes to be taken back to a chair.

I hope they work on cutting down on wait times especially if the person had an appointment set up. My time is valuable and I respect other people's time as well so I always show up in my appointments on time. If the person in front of me is late then they can wait instead of bumping me for showing in my scheduled appointment.

It's annoying that my son's name was misspelled and mispronounced. His name is Abel. It's not a super difficult name. The salon was dirty. The wait time was outrageous even though we had an appointment.

we scheduled ahead of time to ensure there was time for what we wanted done. Arrived on time but waited quite a while. Also, we did not receive the service that we scheduled because the person cutting didn't look at what had been requested. When I asked about it I was told it was because we did not tell her. I expect that when I schedule an appointment for specific services that it is noted and known at the time of service, not that I or my kid didn't tell them. I have always loved cooke cutters but was really disappointed this time.

I have had such great haircuts for my kids for several years at Cookie Cutters. However, haircuts the week of school starting completely changed our experience. Stressed stylists, too much chaos, not enough vehicles for little kids to sit in (disappointment and sadness for the little ones), not enough tv's so kids don't choose their own shows, receptionists that aren't in tuned to hand out lolly's and balloons...even though we had the first appointments of the day. Even my stylists didn't communicate well with me, and one of my boys got their hair cut much shorter than I wanted... it was a rough morning for us and it has usually been such a good one for us.
