Haircut was okay....i had to do some touch ups when we got home but mostly I noticed that no one seemed very friendly at all. No one really spoke to us at all ..... they all seemedlike they didnt want to be there and didnt realky say so much as a hi when we came in. That was really disappointing...especially when the place is geared towards kids. We've come here for years but I'm thinking we may be done. I can get cheaper cuts with happier/better service pretty much anywhere.

Had to wait over 30 mins even though we had an appointment and the place is always dirty with hair everywhere like it has never truly beeen cleaned! But they always do a good job!

They did not treat us too well, I really used to love to come and get my son's hair cut here, but the personal seems very stress and not very happy or friendly. I had the appointment at 2:45 and called I was going to be 5 minutes late and the person answering was little understanding... I know there are other people with appointments but when we got there, only one person was there and my son's hair cut took about 15 minutes or less... I hope things get like they used to, friendly and professional, I did not like the person that cut his hair she was mad looking the hole time, and I think my son did exceptional, apparently she though he didn't. I take him to cookie cutters because they know how to cut kids hair and the person cutting my son's hair expected him to be still like an adult.

The haircut was very uneven and choppy. I had to return and ask another stylist to fix it. She was very kind and addressed the issues. Overall it is not a great haircut but she made it look better

The girl at the front desk, her attitude sucked. You can just tell she doesn’t like her job, was on her cell and didn’t care to even say hello. She looked miserable. Maybe hire people who want to be there and have a better attitude. The vibes there sucked, will not be coming back to that location. The girl who cut my sons hair was nice, did what we asked.
