I’ve been taking my son to Cookie Cutters for 7 years (he’s 8 years old) and the cut he got today was the worst one yet. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson that I need to request certain people to do the cuts. The gal that did it today very slow and the cut was horrible. It didn’t blend well and I even had to come home and straighten his neck line and clean it up because it was uneven and there were lots of stray hairs left. The trim around his ear was the worst though. It’s going to look bad until it grows out. Also, I REALLY wish you guys would bring back the tape lint rollers. There’s nothing worse than having to go run errands with itchy kids!

The stylist did not listen to me about how my son's hair naturally falls, and declined to cut it to the length that was asked. As a result, my son received a haircut that only works until his hair dries. We had to re-cut it after he got home. We usually have good experiences here, but definitely did not this time.

I'm not super thrilled with this cut. I asked for more off the top and blending the bangs some more, then she was like great we're done...and he's stuck with these uneven spock bangs. Sometimes they are the best and sometimes...not.

I feel like my little boy keeps getting the same haircut when I come in with pictures and specific requests and I don’t even get close to the haircut I’m requesting.

Had to wait over 30 mins even though we had an appointment! And it's always dirty with hair everywhere but they always do a good job!

I love takingy son to Cookie Cutters because they are so great with.! This last experience however as not pleasant. The stylist missed and buzzed his ear on accident and it bled. Twice. Because my son is only two, he was very scared and didn't want to finish the haircut. The stylist was impatient and annoyed by his negative response. She did not apologize for her mistake nor do anything to try and reassure my toddler. I was disappointed. I will be back but will request a different stylist.
