Loved Alexis and have been going there for years. I just wish it was more affordable 24$ haircut for kids is a little much for me

Even though I had two appts scheduled for 6:00, we didn’t get started till 6:15 and they did one at a time so we didn’t finish till 7.

Quality of the haircut was great but the way the speak with kids isn’t lighthearted and gentle. They seem annoyed. Why work for kids if you’re annoyed with kids? And yes, you work FOR the customer paying you.

My daughter got just a simple trim that ended up slanted. You could tell just looking at it that one side was definitely longer than the other.

It was freezing in the studio. We made 2 appointments but waited for 2 other kids before they were ready for my 2. We were still finished 45min after our original appointment time. Great cuts. My kids love this place. My daughter tried to play minecraft but couldn't get it to work but my son played lego star wars and loved it.

Both our boys are on the spectrum and it’s hit or miss how they are with their haircuts. That being said, Annette is absolutely amazing with our youngest son, and the other woman who had our oldest was great as well. Although the girl at the front desk has a severe attitude she by an accident skipped us and had Annette with someone else even though we were right after because we had back to back appointments and instead of admitting her mistake and just moving along, she tried telling us she didn’t skip us and we sat there for 20 minutes after our appointment time because they took someone else. Not even truly that big of a deal if she could’ve just admitted it and taken her attitude out of the situation.
