Joni (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but that is who the appt was with) was very rough and moved his head abruptly. If she had explained things to him or spoke to him at all he would have likely not been weary.

I made an appointment but still had to wait over 20 minutes. Other people came in after me , but they were called before me.

I set up my appointment over the website and time I chose and was sent a e-mail confirming wasn't what they had in their computer. They did handle it well though. The lady who cut my sons hair didn't look at the photo I showed her and told me that she is used to cutting the same style and didn't look at the photo.

Both time I got my 4 year olds hair cut they did a tori let job and it was all choppy looking and the other one they just shaved it all off and he looked terrible and it's too expensive for a small child's hair cut

This was our first time. The stylist was distracted with answering the phone during my son's haircut. I was not impressed that the focus was not on my son and his haircut- I felt I paid too much for her distraction.

Usually we have a decent experience at cookie cutters in Lehi. The owners are especially nice and good at what they do. I feel the services are a little overpriced, but we keep coming back because of the friendliness of the staff. Our last experience, however was sub par. The lady who cut my son's hair wasn't very friendly and rushed through his cut. She cut his hair much shorter than I had wanted/asked her to. I felt like she was in a hurry to finish up and didn't care. Our last experience had me wondering if I should keep coming back.
