I am not very upset because I think my husband maybe told the stylist to do this, but she gave my son a hair style that is going to be near impossible to maintain- a shaved part with the rest combed over, which is impossible because it's fighting against a very strong cow lick my son has in the front of his hair. So we have to use sooo much product (we've tried texture cream, gel, hair spray, blow dryer, everything) and with him being a crazy three year old, it lasts for about 20 minutes before it's messed up and he has these pieces sticking straight in front of his head. Honestly, I am not sure what to do- we might just have to buzz it. :( I was hoping to keep it long because that helps weigh the cow lick down. Anyway, my point is- I think that stylists must see this a lot (little boys with crazy parts), so I really wish that they were super trained on styles that will work for little boys (and could help educate parents if it was indeed my husband's idea...)

I've been here about half a dozen times and I've had a great experience most times. I think today was just an off day. The girl cutting my sons hair didn't have the patience, or maybe the experience, to handle the crying. He normally calms fast when the stylist acts pleasant, but she seemed to not want to take the time and there was no crowd of people.

The girl that cut my sons hair had no clue what she was doing. I had to explain it multiple times and finally had someone else come over to help tell her what to do. She took forever to cut my sons hair and I could have done a better job at it. Kinda frustrating. I understand if she is new and learning but its back to school season and I would have liked a better job.

We love the way Weston cuts our boys hair, we won’t let anyone else touch their head! Wish however the other girls that work there were more friendly , not all of them are that way but most of them make feel like I’m inconveniencing them by even being there . Just wish they were a little more kind when checking us in and out . Totally get that they work in a very stressful environment and are probably so done with crying kids, videos games and cartoons but just think they could be a little kinder.

The inside of the salon could use some updating-the paint, flooring, car chairs . The point of sale items could be displayed much better and more professionally with better signage, etc.

My sons hair was suppose to get an inch or two taken off, it was previously at his upper back. The hair stylist asked if it should be at his collar line and then it was taken way higher. At first I was okay but now after thinking it over all afternoon I’m really sad that the extra was taken off and my advice was not fully listened to. The stylist was super friendly and nice, but maybe didn’t understand what I wanted done? I’ll have to let it grow back out and hope it gets back to where I was wanting it. It’s disappointing that I paid $20 for a haircut that I am so disappointed with.
