Good cut. Not spectacular but toddlers are tough. Fun environment. Pricey but fast! I would have liked our stylist to be a little more patient or more cheerful- but she did great spring the clippers to my toddler (so he wouldn't be scared) and distracting him during most of the cut.

Michaela was great! She didnt finish around one of the ears correctly and we noticed when we got home

There have been multiple times when I have come in with an appointment and still have to wait 20-25 minutes after my appointment time. If it isn't realistic to do a haircut in 15 minutes, then the appointment times should be lengthened so that you don't have to wait as long after your appointment. I generally make appointments in between nap times and feeding times, so when I have to wait too long it can complicate our schedule.

Most of the stylists are great with kids. Cleanliness and upkeep of the salon need work. It looks a lot different now than when it first opened. I understand there are messy kids here all day but I wonder how often things are cleaned and sanitized. It is still a great place to take a child who can't sit still and needs distractions to keep them focused.

We’ve been coming to cookie cutters for years, even though prices have gone up and it’s hard to pay $20 for a 5 minute easy haircut… The stylists are good with the kids and kind. Today I was really taken aback when I saw a stylist with a tattoo of a swear word visible on her upper arm. Please have a dress code for your employees to cover up offensive language or disturbing images- especially around children learning to read. She could have worn a slightly longer sleeved shirt to easily cover it up. I didn’t observe the rest of the tattoos for other things, but if I see that again we will stop coming to your salon. 😣

Great haircut, quick and easy. The girl did a great job, was nice, and my daughter loves it!
