I was very pleased with my experience. I would have liked to be given more suggestions of styles for both my sons' and daughter's haircut, but overall we were very happy. My younger two were very nervous before but loved their experience and want to go back!

Great customer service. Great haircuts. But the large slide/toy thing was filthy. I don't think it's ever been cleaned. I hated my kids to play on it, but we had a fifteen minute wait.... So I caved and let them play.
