My two year old desperately needed his hair cut. The stylist gave him a cut that gives me many options in styling his hair. She was very patient and let him sit on my lap to cut his hair. She was personable, fast and professional.

We've come to this salon probably 5-6 times and this last experience was probably the best so far. It is a little more pricey than other salons and doesn't include a wash. They will braid girls' hair as part of the price if you would like. Wes does and AMAZING job with designs (add'l $5). But he is hard to get into unless you book way in advance. We have also had a couple times where they had to reschedule our advanced booking with him because he was actually off during that time. It seems communication is a little off or something. They also have a sign stating that if you book your next appointment today you will receive $2 off your next appointment. But they have never honored it for us. I'm sure they would if I brought it up but it seems trivial over $2. They should make a note in their appointment book stating the appointment has a $2 discount or something. Overall I don't hate the place and we will continue to come. They just need to work out a few kinks.

The slide was pretty dirty. Otherwise things were perfect. The staff was fantastic and worked well with my son who was pretty afraid of his first haircut, and terrified of the clippers.

they took us even though they were closing within 15 minutes and that was awesome! I like coming to cookie cutters because my son loves the attention, being able to sit on the fun "toys", sliding down the slide, getting a balloon and a sucker! Thanks for making it a great experience!

Everything was very nice; staff was couteous and they did a great job cutting my grandson's hair!
