We love going to Shaniah! She does a great job with my son. My only complaint is about the play area. It seems like the slide/play area never gets clean. The amount of hair on it is pretty disgusting.

The stylist was great. She was quick and kept my daughters attention which is hard to do. I was a little irritated that I scheduled my appointment online and wanted a shampoo and the cut, but she never confirmed the type of haircut and just started cutting without the shampoo. Other than that things were great.

Love Cookie Cutters! My toddler asks if we can go and get his hair cut. The staff are excellent, and despite having a wiggly kid in the chair, his hair cut always looks good.

It was great! I was nervous to bring my one year old in, not knowing how it would all go and it turned out great. They had a slide for the kids to play on and she loved it! It was fun that they have little TVs and toys to keep kids entertained so they can give an excellent quality haircut.

The online booking is a joke. If they don’t have a spot available, it kicks you to the next available day without even telling you. So disappointing. It makes for mad customers and bugged employees. I showed up on Saturday thinking I scheduled an appointment at 3 and they told me it’s scheduled for Monday. Luckily they had me wait about 20 min and got my daughter back, but that needs to be fixed asap. Not a way to run online appointments.
