Cookie Cutters did a great job fixing my three-year-old's haircut when her older sister decided to play beauty parlor. I thought all hope was lost, but they made her look great!

I know it's a hair salon but there is hair everywhere! Place needs to be cleaned a little better at the end of each day. Bathroom smelled like urine. Also needs to be cleaned better.

We were a little frustrated that we made an apt and had to wait for 30 minutes, with a 2 year old that wasn't what we needed. Other than that it was great.

I felt like my son's stylist was a little frustrated with his inability to sit still (Zak is 20 months old). She wasn't rude or anything, but the stylist that cut Zak's hair last time was a lot friendlier. I was pleased with his haircut though.

We always schedule in advance, and they were ready for both of my kids when we walked in, no waiting. It was awesome!
