I used to really like cookie cutters, but lately every time I go I leave unhappy with my son’s haircut, part of that is on me for being a people pleaser and too chicken to speak up, but 1) I feel very rushed out at the end, like they take off the cape and have the kid on his way out of the chair as they ask what I think, and 2) even when I do say something like “can we actually go a little shorter” or something I don’t feel listened to anyway, like they move the scissors around and it looks exactly the same haha. It was probably worth it to go there with a nervous toddler, but now with a little bit older kid I’d rather just pay less and go to great clips or something. If there is a difference in haircut quality I think great clips does a little better anyway. Secondly, the place has been REAL gross the last several times I’ve been there, like hair EVERYWHERE. Which I understand makes sense to a certain extent at a haircutting place, but like the kids little play slide thing is COVERED like it never gets cleaned. I leave there feeling so gross and get my kids immediately in the bath when we get home. I’m sad because I used to really like it but I don’t think I’m going to go back anymore 😬

Way overbooked. Both children's appts booked for 3:15. Arrived at 3:10. Nicolas was taken back at 3:40, many people who arrived after us were taken back before Sebastian who also had an appointment at 3:15. Finally went up to talk to the front desk, and the person working there said that because they were behind, they were going to have the same person do both Nicolas and Sebastian and said there was nothing else he could do. Nicolas is autistic and has a very hard time waiting which is why both kids were booked at the same time. Because of this, there was much more unnecessary wait time and it was a very painful experience. WILL NOT RETURN.

The boys hair cut my son received was very poor. His hair on the back is totally uneven and I told the hair stylist twice about his cowlick which she cut a strange way and now his hair looks so strange. I have tried to cut his hair and home but decided to pay to have it professionally done and now I am regretting it because it was not better than I could do and I paid $15!

The haircut was fine but the stylist was curt and unfriendly and ignored my child when he said thank you. I felt as though she was upset at us. We were on time and friendly and she made us feel like a burden.

Getting more expensive but cut quality is not any better... luckily it will grow out but the cut is not great.
