Way overbooked. Both children's appts booked for 3:15. Arrived at 3:10. Nicolas was taken back at 3:40, many people who arrived after us were taken back before Sebastian who also had an appointment at 3:15. Finally went up to talk to the front desk, and the person working there said that because they were behind, they were going to have the same person do both Nicolas and Sebastian and said there was nothing else he could do. Nicolas is autistic and has a very hard time waiting which is why both kids were booked at the same time. Because of this, there was much more unnecessary wait time and it was a very painful experience. WILL NOT RETURN.

I took my son for a haircut at Cookie Cutters in Lehi, which I've done dozens of times. This time was much different. The stylist looked very unfriendly and unhappy. She literally didn't smile once. I asked that my son be given a number 1 and then 2 inches off the top. The number one is splotchy with longer patches in some places. She took 2 inches off, except for the front. There is one awkward piece that looks just as long as when I brought him in. I've never been so unhappy with a cut. I knew it wasn't great when I was there, but couldn't believe just how bad it was until I got home. Perhaps this stylist is new, as I've never had this kind of a problem in the past with Cookie Cutters.

The boys hair cut my son received was very poor. His hair on the back is totally uneven and I told the hair stylist twice about his cowlick which she cut a strange way and now his hair looks so strange. I have tried to cut his hair and home but decided to pay to have it professionally done and now I am regretting it because it was not better than I could do and I paid $15!

The haircut was fine but the stylist was curt and unfriendly and ignored my child when he said thank you. I felt as though she was upset at us. We were on time and friendly and she made us feel like a burden.

I have been in several times before. I normally feel like the service is excellent. This time, I was horribly disappointed. I was very unhappy with Demri. My son is only two and haircuts are scary. Normally the girls are very kind and patient with him and help him feel comfortable. She was rude and did not do anything to make him feel comfortable. She kept getting mad at him for not holding still. She needs to remember he is only 2. I pay to come to your salon because I expect the employees to be good with kids. Demri seemed to know how to cut hair, but did not know how to handle kids. The poor boy before us was screaming the whole time and had to be pinned down by three adults. I think this could have been better for him too if he had someone better. It seems like she is more inclined to pin kids down then help them feel comfortable.
