I had to move my appointments to a day earlier a few weeks ago. The man that moved it only moved one child (after confirming that he got all 3). Luckily Alexis came in for the rescue and some how pulled it off even though there was no room on the schedule. She always does a great job with my kids and I prefer her over anyone. The store is always super grimy. It needs a facelift, it’s giving 1990s McDonald’s vibes. The bathroom is my least favorite because they don’t have towels and I won’t touch a hand dryer because it just spreads more germs.

I asked for a chin length bob. After the cut, before getting up, I pointed out that it was uneven. The stylist said that my daughter was tipping her head to the side, making it uneven. I feel like they should know better. Was I still charge for this? Yes.

Had a good experience with my 3 year old boy. He was thrilled he could chose what seat he got his hair cut in. The stylist was great at communicating to him the difference aspects of his hair cut with the clippers and how to hold still. She even took out the blow dryer mid cut to help remove some the excess hair so he wouldn’t feel so itchy. Over all great experience

Took my son in to get his haircut. Showed a picture of what I wanted, and received the complete opposite. I asked for nothing to be cut off the top and yet it was and now it’s very very short. I asked for a 1” around the ear and a fade.doesn’t look even remotely close to the picture. This has happened twice now with the same girl. I was willing to give her another shot and was just hoping she wasn’t paying attention the first time. But she truly just didn’t listen or ask questions. I won’t be getting his haircut with her again.
