My two girls and I have visited this location several times. Each customer who walked through the door was completely ignored with each visit. Didn’t get any kind of greeting going up to the front desk either. It’s not difficult to acknowledge someone, especially a paying customer. I don’t expect them to be overly friendly or smiley, but at least a “welcome” or “hey” would help. Staff was extremely unfriendly and stuck up. The vibe was really uncomfortable which made it harder to wait through my kids haircuts. Halfway through the cuts I realized I didn’t get the person who I requested. The staff made changes without communicating it to me. At least ask the customer if it’s okay to make a switch of hairstylist. Instead of just sneakily changing it. Very unprofessional. One of the hairstylists did a horrible cutting job on my youngest daughters long hair. She either needs training in straight edge cutting or should be fired it was so bad. I made her fix many problem areas. I had been fighting a migraine all day and to top it all off there was the little baby boy screaming for 10+ minutes because the clippers were terrifying him. It was awful. Too many problems/headaches. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love taking my son to Cookie Cutters. They always do a great job on his hair. My only issue is we always make an appointment but end up waiting 15-20 minutes past our appointment time every time we go. So if you are planning to go give yourself some extra time because they are always running late.

They are always so sweet with my kids. My almost 3 Year old son has Down Syndrome and Devonna is always so great with him. He can get a little nervous and it’s comforting to know that he’s in such good hands.

Love this place. My son is always so anxious to get his haircut. He loves sitting in a fun chair and watching a favorite show while he gets his "hair tickled". And then ending with a balloon and lollipop, what is better than that. My son has had almost all the different hairstylist and they all are so great with kids and do a great job cutting his hair. Thanks for a great experience every time!

My son loved playing on the slide during our short wait after checking in. He then got to sit in a fire truck seat, and wore a fire man drape. His hair stylist, Alexis, was a true magician: she gave him a crisp, stylish cut quickly through squirming and screaming.

This is the second haircut for my same child in the past week. The first haircut was with someone new at the salon, but we ended up with a highly unsatisfactory haircut. We returned within a week's time and I was pleasantly surprised we weren't charged for another haircut (I guess due to a salon satisfaction policy). We ended up with a much better haircut and didn't have to pay a second time!
