Disappointed that we were in the salon for less than five minutes total. Hair was barely brushed, a few snips, and that was it. When the cost of gas is so expensive right now, it would be nice to have a few minutes longer on my child’s hair. Her hair was not even sprayed wet or styled at all, just barely brushed and that was it. Not worth my time or money next time.

Waited over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment only to pay $20 for a “hair cut” and my child’s hair looks the same. After waiting for over 15 minutes, people that came in way later then me where getting seated before my child. We were late to her gymnastics appointment so at the point the hair cute was done we had to just leave even though we paid $20 for a bad experience, waste of our time and hardly a hair cut.

We usually have Annett who is amazing and so kind to my little boy. But this time we had Michaela and either she was having a bad day or hates her job. She don’t seem like she wanted to be there and it made me feel a little awkward standing there watching my son get a hair cut,

We have been coming here for about 2 years and been coming back because we get along with Alexis and really enjoy her work. Will continue to come back to the clean environment.

First time coming to this location and was not impressed, everyone working looked miserable and was so unfriendly. Alexis did a fine job cutting but didn’t say a word to me or my child. The way she responded to my child was not appropriate, wouldn’t recommend coming to her again.

I have no issues with the haircut or the stylist, both of them were/are great. I do have a problem with the fact that I waited 20+ minutes to have my child seated for his haircut (with an appointment) and had I not spoken up, my child would have been passed up for another child yet again. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 times that I have been there, that I had to wait longer than I was expecting to be seated considering I had an appointment on both occasions.
