I have had such great haircuts for my kids for several years at Cookie Cutters. However, haircuts the week of school starting completely changed our experience. Stressed stylists, too much chaos, not enough vehicles for little kids to sit in (disappointment and sadness for the little ones), not enough tv's so kids don't choose their own shows, receptionists that aren't in tuned to hand out lolly's and balloons...even though we had the first appointments of the day. Even my stylists didn't communicate well with me, and one of my boys got their hair cut much shorter than I wanted... it was a rough morning for us and it has usually been such a good one for us.

My child has special needs and haircuts are very traumatic for us. The person who cut his hair was very kind and patient. My other son and husband also got their hair cut here and they did a great job.
