Today was my first time going to Cookie Cutters. I thought it would be pretty great considering the price we were told before we even got there. The environment was really fun. We loved the indoor playground, the balloons, the suckers and especially the little cute cars the kids got to sit in. Our stylist was average and spent about 5 minutes cutting each of my twins’ hair. The first cut was super cute. The second one didn’t look any different after we left. We went back into the salon and asked to have it fixed and cut shorter to which the employees looked annoyed. After it was fixed, it did look a bit better. I accidentally made a mistake on the tip and thought I put $5 when really I put 5 cents. The cashier was like “really, a nickel?” and embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Overall, the idea behind Cookie Cutters was great but next time I’d like to try a different location to see if I could find some stylists who actually look and act like they like children.
