Always easy to schedule an appointment and they always have great customer service. Stylists (I have used several different throughout my experience) are always professional and do a great job with my child’s hair. They are also very sweet and considerate if the child is feeling anxious or nervous in the salon. We have been enough times now though, that my child is completely at ease with the experience. I also REALLY appreciate that ALL employees were wearing face masks and wearing them correctly! 10 points for Cookie Cutters in Lehi, UT!!

My son has sensory issues and getting his haircut can be a challenge. I am so grateful for the time our stylist takes to make sure he is comfortable. She is confident and works efficiently. She continually checks in with him by allowing him to touch the clippers and see that they aren't scary. I appreciate the positive experience she tries to create for him. The salon is clean and fun for my son and I recommend them to everyone.

I forget what her name was but she was so cute and nice and did a fabulous job! We will definitely be coming back.

The store was absolute chaos, even though it is by appointment only. The staff was so rude and unfriendly and so unconcerned about the current mask order it was shocking. Several employees were unmasked for the 45 min we were in the store. The stylists cutting my son's hair asked for a picture of what we were looking for, and didn't actually know where to start. The stylist was so rude to my son, who has sensory disorder issues, which I added to the appointment notes and informed her of upon arrival. Not only did she ignore the SD issues she was rude to my son about she made him feel ashamed about it. The stylist got frustrated and gave up on cutting my sons hair. As a result we paid for an incomplete haircut. The store "Manager" was a 24 year old male who was dismissive of my concerns and completely unprofessional in his communication with me and staff members. I will never go back to this location.

The play structure could use a serious cleaning! Lots of hair and dirt all over it.. Other than that, love the employees!!
