Everything was great except how noisy and and busy it was, but I know that is not a problem especially when it is the week before back to school. I liked that they got my kids back in a timely manner and they did an awesome job on the haircuts.

Cookie cutters provides a wonderful environment for kids to get their haircut. Their rates are competitive because you can usually get some kind of deal, and since they specialize in kid heads, they can handle any kid-specific concerns or questions with ease.

The stylist went above and beyond to add a stylish braid to my daughters freshly cut hair. They are so patient with my other kids who are hard to handle, to say the least.

Stephanie goes above and beyond. Three years ago my daughter chopped off her hair and Stephanie came to the rescue with the catastrophe. She was incredibly kind and validating through out the experience. Over time she has helped my daughter with her hair and confidence. Grateful for her attention to detail and warm demeanor towards my kiddos. I appreciate how she communicates with my kids as though they are kids not babies.

It was really busy when we got there, therefore we probably had to wait 20+ minutes before being seen. I also know a lot of parents were getting antsy and complaining they'd been waiting 30 minutes (with an appointment) and still weren't being seen yet. Therefore, I'm guessing maybe they booked more than they should have. If it were just a lot of adults getting their haircut, it wouldn't be as bad. Granted having to wait 20-30 minutes is irritating regardless, but, when you have to wait that long with little children running and screaming and being impatient, it really makes for a tough day. However, the stylists did great and my kids' hair looked great. I just wished we didn't have to wait as long.
