We've come to this salon probably 5-6 times and this last experience was probably the best so far. It is a little more pricey than other salons and doesn't include a wash. They will braid girls' hair as part of the price if you would like. Wes does and AMAZING job with designs (add'l $5). But he is hard to get into unless you book way in advance. We have also had a couple times where they had to reschedule our advanced booking with him because he was actually off during that time. It seems communication is a little off or something. They also have a sign stating that if you book your next appointment today you will receive $2 off your next appointment. But they have never honored it for us. I'm sure they would if I brought it up but it seems trivial over $2. They should make a note in their appointment book stating the appointment has a $2 discount or something. Overall I don't hate the place and we will continue to come. They just need to work out a few kinks.

Cut the hair way too short after being told to keep it long, very upset given this was his first hair cut. Will never return and will never recommend.

Cookie Cutters is great. I am always able to get an appointment for my child when I need it. Shaniah and Weston are awesome at cutting my son's hair and getting everything even and blended well. He loves going there. Thanks guys!

Abigail got her hair cut by Weston 5 years ago when we were here on vacation. He did such a great job I had to take her and all my other kids back when we moved here. He didn't disappoint. Weston is great with the kids and takes the time to make sure they are happy with their cut. Honestly I'm he does such a good job I'm sure he could do quite well in a high end salon but I'm grateful he enjoys working with children. I'll continue taking mine to him as long as we live here.

Autumn chose a style she wanted from a book they had at the salon. I wasn't so sure about it but Weston explained how he would do it and make it look great. He was right, Autumn is adorable with her new A-line cut. Thank you Weston.

Our experience at Cookie Cutters is always hit or miss. Usually we have an appointment but often still end up waiting, sometimes up to 30+ minutes. The floor and playground are often covered with hair (static seems to have a role). As for the cuts themselves, when we get the gentleman (who seems to be the manager?) we are pleased with the service and the haircut always turns out like we want. With any of the other stylists, however, it's often a bit sloppy. As soon as Charlie got home the other day, I noticed several places where the hair wasn't cut evenly...Almost looks like I had tried to do it myself. That said, the stylist who cut his sister Lily's hair that same day did a great job and it looked perfect. Altogether a mixed bag.
