Our experience at Cookie Cutters is always hit or miss. Usually we have an appointment but often still end up waiting, sometimes up to 30+ minutes. The floor and playground are often covered with hair (static seems to have a role). As for the cuts themselves, when we get the gentleman (who seems to be the manager?) we are pleased with the service and the haircut always turns out like we want. With any of the other stylists, however, it's often a bit sloppy. As soon as Charlie got home the other day, I noticed several places where the hair wasn't cut evenly...Almost looks like I had tried to do it myself. That said, the stylist who cut his sister Lily's hair that same day did a great job and it looked perfect. Altogether a mixed bag.
