We have loved Cookie Cutters and have been clients for several years. Westin does a great job with our family. Lately, however, we've had to wait 20-30 minutes for our appts. I understand that sometimes, life happens and wait times are necessary. It has been fairly consistent that we've had to wait and we are now in a stage of life where we are usually rushing from one thing to the next and when we are 30 minutes late at one place, we are 30 minutes late for our next appt. Other than that, we've been very happy with the service we receive and the great haircuts we get:)

We have been going to the cookie cutters in Lehi for about 3.5 years. Weston is an amazing barber and is so good with kids! The atmosphere is fun and exciting for kids! We are 100% always satisfied with our service there! We highly recommend it!

Tyson's haircut was great and his stylist did a great job!!! Travis' hair stylist was very friendly but his haircut is terrible. She cut it too short in some spots and the only way to fix those is either give him a buzz cut which I can't do cause I have family pictures or wait for it to grow out. You can see where she used the clippers and some spots are shorter or looks like an accidental knick with the cutters. I will not allow his hair stylist to ever cut one of the children's hair again! This is the worst haircut ever!

We had an appointment, so we didn't have to wait very long. It seemed like they had been busy all day, because there was a lot of hair everywhere, on the front mat, on the slide, all over the floor.

My kids are starting to get a bit older. My son is 8, and I felt like he was the oldest kid there every time we went. So I decided to try another place to get his haircut. It was terrible! After two cuts away from Cookie Cutters we went back! I am so happy we did! The girls at Cookie Cutters are friendly (they KNOW us!) and they are great at what they do! I will never stray again! Cookie Cutters has my loyalty forever...or at least until my kids go to college! :)
