I have been to the Lehi location twice and it always feels like they are extra busy with something or not catching how many kids need a cut in a family. I took my two girls to get a hair cut and they started with one of my daughters and was told to wait while another stylist calls my daughters name. I waited to be assigned a stylist for my second daughter. After 5 minutes of being ignored, another stylist who had noticed that no one was taking care of my second daughter, told the 2 stylist chatting by the register that I had a daughter scheduled for a cut. One of them asked me very annoyed if I had three kids needing a cut today, to which I replied "no, I have two daughters" and she made a face and mumbled "I don't get it". Finally one of them called my second daughter for a cut. She didn't offered a show right a way so by the time she was donde the movie had just started. I am very unimpressed by their organization, customer service and value for 18 dollars. They really seemed annoyed at working with kids and families.

We usually have Annett who is amazing and so kind to my little boy. But this time we had Michaela and either she was having a bad day or hates her job. She don’t seem like she wanted to be there and it made me feel a little awkward standing there watching my son get a hair cut,

I am usually very pleased with my experience at Cookie Cutters. However today this location was extra dirty. There was hair all over the play land and floor and did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. There is usually hair by the stations, but the steps to the slide were covered this time. I also saw all new faces working there today which would probably explains why they were running so behind. I had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes before they finally called us back. I am not used to this kind of experience here because I have been coming for over nine years and never been this displeased. Our haircut wasn't great either. From now on I will be booking with a specific person rather than taking a gamble. It was disappointed today.

The girl cutting hair today was not trained or ready to be cutting hair. She took a very long time and a different stylist had to finish and try to cover up the horrible job she did.

This is a complicated answer for a quick review. I brought 3 boys in for hair cuts. 2 of the ladies nailed it and did an awesome job. For my oldest son I specifically brought him knowing you guys are great at cutting baby fine hair. His hair is difficult to cut and blend and I’m constantly looking for someone who can do a good job. I asked his stylist for her opinion on a cut that would work well with the texture of his hair. It looks pretty horrible. Think of a bowl cut along with unblended hair along the back and sides. I pointed out to her that it wasn’t blended and she basically told me it was the best she could do. The only positive of this hair cut was that she cleaned up his hairline around his neck and ears. Considering just shaving his head myself because I don’t want to pay another $20 for a bad haircut. I’m disappointed. I love cookie cutters and think the stylists usually do a great job. I’ve been bringing my kids here since the price of a cut was $14.
