We are loyal customers to cookie cutters. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not the quality and pleasant experience we have come to expect. We had to wait over 40 minutes, even though we arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. At the same time, others who walked in for an appointment were served immediately. In addition, the place was chaotic, with kids running around, even in the salon area and it was a mess. I would suggest that if you have a full schedule and are training a new stylist, you don't take walk-ins and give priority to your loyal customers. My son was assigned to the new stylist. She had been receiving constant supervision and help on the 2 haircuts before him. When it was his turn, no help was given and I had to ask her to fix several problems more than once. She still received no help or supervision. I didn't understand why so much attention was shown to other customers and my kids were not given that same level of care, even though we are regular customers. We will come back, hoping that this time was a fluke, but if this becomes the norm, we will go somewhere else.

Slide was taped off. First haircut and 0 time was spent making my kid feel comfortable, haircut was done through tears and screaming—granted stylist was very fast- but every minute was hectic. The masks do not help the situation. Couldn’t hear the stylist, didn’t make any suggestions on style or cut- and I didn’t know what I wanted because it was his first haircut. I was expecting a place with people being a little bit better with kids, maybe it was the masks that just made everything scary and bad for a first-timer, I don’t think I will be back.

Showed several photos and the cut doesn’t look like them and it’s extremely too short . Expressed the distain but didn’t take money back due to a service was provided. Will not return again. The stylists no matter who you see gives the same hair cut no matter what is shown. For the money you pay you should get what you want and now my kid has to start school with a cut he didn’t want

The person who cut my sons hair was not friendly at all. She never once smiled. My son is always disappointed not too Weston or Stephanie there. Those are his 2 favorite people and the only ones who he likes to cut his hair.

It took the girl 45 mins to cut my son's hair. 30 minutes into it another girl had to finish the cut out. Luckily the other girl stepped in because the haircut was looking awful. :(

When you say you still want your child's hair to fit in a ponytail then make sure you don't cut it to short. Also when I say I want it in the middle of the back that what I mean not shoulder length!!!!!! My kid thank goodness loves her hair but it will be hard for me to manage as a mother. Don't make suggestions that don't fit the criteria of what the person is asking.
