My two girls and I have visited this location several times. Each customer who walked through the door was completely ignored with each visit. Didn’t get any kind of greeting going up to the front desk either. It’s not difficult to acknowledge someone, especially a paying customer. I don’t expect them to be overly friendly or smiley, but at least a “welcome” or “hey” would help. Staff was extremely unfriendly and stuck up. The vibe was really uncomfortable which made it harder to wait through my kids haircuts. Halfway through the cuts I realized I didn’t get the person who I requested. The staff made changes without communicating it to me. At least ask the customer if it’s okay to make a switch of hairstylist. Instead of just sneakily changing it. Very unprofessional. One of the hairstylists did a horrible cutting job on my youngest daughters long hair. She either needs training in straight edge cutting or should be fired it was so bad. I made her fix many problem areas. I had been fighting a migraine all day and to top it all off there was the little baby boy screaming for 10+ minutes because the clippers were terrifying him. It was awful. Too many problems/headaches. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I wish I remembered the name of our stylist. She was awful. She said maybe 2 words the whole time, looked anything but happy to be there, and totally messed up my sons hair. She wasn’t friendly. At all. I think I’ll be taking my kids elsewhere.

The girl who cut my son's hair was VERY quick, but not in a good way. She was going so fast that she nicked him and gave him razor burn, which we've never had happen before. Also, after she did the first be swoop with the buzzer, I asked her if she was planning to layer her way up, she said yes, but did not. My son was in tears after we left, both from discomfort of the razor burn, and the style of the haircut itself. I think there was a miscommunication about what we wanted, so I don't overly fault her for the cut. But she certainly did not take her time and do a careful and thorough job, and to nick a little kids during the cut due to carelessness and rushing is not okay. Also, the "fun seats" are very run down and looking. The seats are pealing and look pretty trashy. It just didn't feel clean and well kept inside. We have been here before, but sadly, this time was disappointing enough that we will not go back.

I had an appointment and I still had people being called before me. I literally was sitting there while people were being called before me at my appointment time and after my appointment time. What’s the point of making appointments if they don’t follow the times? Everyone one of the barbers were just not smiley or didn’t look happy.

I scheduled my daughter for a shampoo and hair cut, she did not shampoo her hair and when my daughter asked if she could curl her hair at the end the stylist told her we didn’t have enough time. She didn’t wash her hair like I had scheduled so i didn’t understand why she didn’t have time. Also the stylist was pretty unfriendly. Probably won’t be coming back.

We went Lehi Location and as soon as we walked in, the staffs were looked unhappy and felt like unwelcome to the guests. I also brought a pre-paid card a day ago and never received an e-mail for picked up ready. So I called the salon then they said they will call me back next day but they never did. So I actually went to pick up and got hair cut anyway. While we’re getting haircuts for my kids, I asked if my pre paid card is ready but they had no idea. Anyway,I got the card when I leave but we were unhappy with the poor customer service.
